Refund Policy

1. Project Deposits

All project deposits (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) are non-refundable. Deposits cover initial research, planning, resource allocation, and project setup that begin immediately upon confirmation.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe without prior communication.
  • Significant deviation: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the approved scope and we are unable to resolve the issues within two revision rounds.
  • Duplicate payment: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after project work has commenced.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery, unresponsive communication).
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective design elements after approved mockups have been implemented.
  • Third-party costs (domain registrations, hosting, stock assets, API subscriptions) already purchased.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is terminated mid-way, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed. The calculation considers:

  • Hours invested by the team up to the point of termination.
  • Deliverables already completed and transferred.
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your project name, invoice number, and a detailed explanation. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, we encourage an open discussion to reach a fair resolution. We are committed to maintaining positive relationships with all our clients.
